I'm with you there! A picture of Tom will stop me in my tracks. Hell, I had to stare at your icon for a good minute before I was able to start writing this. Funny story - my mom was getting her hair done the other day and was looking at Vogue (or whatever magazine he did that photo shoot for). And she made the hair dresser stop so she could call me immediately to tell me how great he looked. I didn't have the heart to tell her I'd already seen them on the internet so I just played along.

So, haven't talked to you in a while. How are things?

Awww, that's so nice of your mom! I'd love to see him do a print interview, with an accompanying photo shoot, of course, next. But that's just crazy talk! LOL!

My boss just left on a two-week vacation out of the country, so I'm the most relaxed I've been in months! I still have mountains of work, but now I can prioritize and organize everything MY way, so I'm actually looking forward to going to work. It's amazing. :)

Picspams have become my therapy of choice. I always have the next one in my head, and I spend at least an hour on the computer before I go to bed, just looking at the pretty. It's very effective at relieving my stress! I think my next one will be Wet!Clark (I keep expanding those little BONUS sections from my Smallville Challenge game into full-blown picspams).

Today was sad, my first Father's Day without my dad, but it wasn't awful or anything. Time really does heal all wounds, I guess.

How about you? Is your trip to France soon? Is work okay?

Geez! Kill me with your icon. I don't think I've seen that picture. WOW!

Glad you have a bit of a reprieve at work. I always like it when my boss is out. Even though he's not anywhere close to a micro-manager, everything seems to be calmer.

I have to say, I think your picspams are group therapy. They always do me a world of good. And I absolutely think you should do Wet!Clark. Have you done a RedK!Clark yet?

I thought of you this morning when I was watching Meet The Press. I was hoping that you were feeling okay. Definitely wanted to send you hugs, so *hugs*

Yeah, France is coming up in a mere two weeks. I'm not really prepared. Still trying to learn some French, but there are so many things to be done in the next two weeks that I'm not in the pre-trip excited phase yet. I'm sure I'll get there soon though.

And work is okay. Everything had been going well, but then last week was rough. So, it's a rollercoaster. But with the economy, there is no way I'm looking for anything else anytime soon. All petty incidents aside, I've got it pretty good.

That icon was made by ivorykiss. She makes Tommy icons pretty much exclusively, and they are awesome! She also made the one on this comment, which is one of my absolute favorites. You can find all her icons HERE. You should check them out, really!

Here is the original picture, from the S6 Upfronts:

And another one from the same event, that I stole from jeannev:

I'm glad you like the picspams! I did do a small Red!K Clark one, for a very specific request. I plan to expand it eventually, but you can see it HERE.

Thanks for the hugs! *hugs you back* Wasn't that awful about Tim Russert? His poor wife and son!

I know what you mean about the economy, it's the same for me. Most school districts are laying people off, not hiring new ones. I'm still counting my blessings, as awful as it is sometimes.
