I don't think you sound down on the show. But then, I know very well just how much you love it. :D

You and I aren't the only ones not feeling the Clois kisses, but be careful where you express that opinion. Evidently some people are taking offense. :) Which seems silly, since it's all so subjective. You know me, I'm so shallow, I like seeing Clark kiss just about anybody!

Any excuse to watch Boppy's vid again! \o/

I don't know if I could handle a Zod/Lois/Clark triangle. In fact, I might have just thrown up a little.

Ewww! *shudders* I'm hoping Lois isn't fooled for long. After all, we found out in Savior and Metallo that Clark was calling her a lot as the Blur, and confiding in her. Even if she can't figure out that the voice is all wrong, Zod's whole personality and demeanor have to be different from Clark's. It just doesn't seem plausible to me.

While I'm glad that Clark is now "in control," how long did that take to figure out?

I agree that having Zod master all his powers instantly doesn't do Clark any favors, and that's just one of the reasons why I would rather they had skipped the whole sexual relationship between Zod and Tess. But I also think that Clark is a complicated guy, still struggling to find a balance between his human and Kryptonian sides, with psychological issues that are non-existent for Zod. Besides his training, which is new this season, I think it was Clark's love for Lois, which must be somehow different from what he felt for Lana, that finally conquered his fears about sex.

Personally, I think all the Chloe moves by TPTB this season have been to break down every notion we have of who she is so they could go anyway they want with her story.

That's an intriguing theory, I like it! That's the beauty of Chloe: there's no overriding mythos for her that dictates where she ends up, or how she gets there. Anything is possible, and that's exciting.
